Privacy Policy.
Last updated: May 21, 2026
This is the privacy policy for tommybuilt.dev, the portfolio site of Tommy Seiler, operated by TPS Worldwide LLC. It covers what we collect, what we do with it, and how to ask us to remove it.
What we collect from the contact form
When you submit the contact form on tommybuilt.dev, we collect the information you provide: your name, your email address, your message, and optionally a project type and budget range you select. We use it to respond to your inquiry. That is it.
What War Room Agents collects
War Room Agents is the AI briefing tool at /war-room. When you run it, we collect:
- The email address you enter so we can send you the briefing.
- The URL or short idea you submit for analysis.
- Your IP address, used for spam protection and per-IP rate limiting.
- The AI-generated briefing content produced for you.
We do not require you to create an account.
How we use the data
We use your data solely to provide the service you requested. That means: replying to inquiries from the contact form, running the briefing tool against the URL or idea you submitted, emailing the briefing packet to you if you opt in, and internal admin review for spam and abuse.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Third-party processors
We use a small set of vendors to run the site and the tool. Each is named below.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site and runs the API functions behind War Room Agents.
- Resend: delivers transactional email (replies, briefing packets, admin notifications).
- Anthropic: the AI model provider whose Claude models process your input prompts to produce briefing output.
Your input to War Room Agents (the URL or idea, plus the captured page text) is sent to Anthropic to generate the briefing. Anthropic processes that input under its own privacy terms.
Retention
Contact form submissions and War Room Agents runs are retained for operational reasons and to improve the quality of the tool. You can request deletion at any time by emailing the contact address below.
Cookies and consent
On your first visit you will see a cookie consent banner. You can accept all, reject non-essential, or manage individual categories. Your choice persists in your browser. You can change it any time by clicking "Cookie Preferences" in the footer.
Four categories of cookies are listed in the preferences dialog:
- Essential: required for the site to load and for the War Room Agents tool to function. Always on. No tracking.
- Analytics: aggregate, non-identifying usage data. Off by default. The site currently has no analytics provider integrated, so this category is effectively unused at present.
- Marketing: reserved for marketing or retargeting pixels. Off by default. Currently not in use.
- Functional: optional comfort features like remembering a preference between visits. Off by default.
To prove compliance, each consent choice is recorded server-side with a SHA-256 hash of your IP, your user agent string, your category choices, and a timestamp. The raw IP is never stored. The hash makes it possible to verify a specific choice was made without identifying the visitor.
The only browser storage otherwise in use is the short-lived admin session cookie for the internal admin panel, which is only relevant to the site operator. There is no third-party tracking pixel, no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no fingerprinting.
Your rights
You can request access to the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the contact address below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
