Submitting a takedown notice

If you believe content on tommybuilt.dev infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice to our designated agent. A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the District of Arizona if your address is outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.
